Terms and Conditions

The Wedding Men's total liability in contract, not (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this order shall be limited to the price of goods.

The Wedding Men shall not be liable to the buyer for any economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise, in each case whether direct, indirect or consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with the order.

With all packages, a deposit is due at signing of the contract, with the remainder to be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding.

Upon signature of the contract, we reserve the time and date agreed upon and will not make any other reservations for that time and date. For this reason all deposits are none refundable, even if the date is changed or wedding cancelled for any reason unless the additional date is available.

Although our images are provided Copyright free, we reserve the right to use these for advertising and marketing purposes.
